We want to make sure you have the freshest coffee possible! Every bag is roasted just for you. Our schedule varies a little, but we mainly roast on Friday or Saturday. Have your orders placed by Thursday noon for pick up in the next day or two. Anything placed after noon Thursday will be roasted the following week!
